The Unlocked Journey is about breaking free from the chains of societal expectations and conditioning—the patterns we’ve created to feel safe and familiar but that no longer bring us joy.
It is a process to rediscover who you are when all of that is stripped away. Diving deep into getting to know yourself and asking the big questions.
Who am I? What do I believe? What are my values? What do I truly want? What is my purpose?

Meet Tammy
Hi, I’m Tammy Russell, founder of Unlocked Woman.
I have felt the overwhelm of all that is expected of women by our society. Holding all the roles of mother, wife, home maker, career woman, entrepreneur, friend, sister, daughter with a smile and happy disposition. Never really knowing the woman who lived deep inside, beneath the roles and responsibilities. The Identity I had created for myself was based on what I did not who I am. I didn’t know who I was or what I wanted.
For years, I tried to fit into the mould, tried to please everyone and be everything. Then one day in a gym where I was searching for something that was just for me everything changed. I gathered with a group of women and my whole world opened. I realized that true freedom isn’t found in acceptance—it’s found in authenticity.
My journey started with knowledge; I was hungry for it. I wanted to understand myself, who I was under all these expectations, pattens and roles that had been burying my true essence under their weight. I did courses, read books, attended workshops, did apprenticeships and I reclaimed Tammy, I found who I was, what I believed in and what I wanted.
My journey has been one of unlearning, rediscovering, and stepping fully into the woman I was always meant to be. I am a life long learner, with a knowledge that my next evolution will come and I will be open to understand who I am over and over again. This life will see many versions of me, as I transform with greater awareness to what is possible.
Today, I am so passionate about supporting women to do the same unlocking themselves from limitations and embracing the sovereignty that is their birth right.
Freedom isn’t given. It’s created. And it starts with choosing you!
